As the month comes to a close, we invite you to step away from the busyness of daily life and enter a sacred space of reflection, restoration, and renewal.
Sacred Pause is a monthly gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and honor the experiences of the past month. Through guided reflection, mindful intention-setting, and the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, you'll be supported in releasing what no longer serves you while creating space for clarity, peace, and possibility.
This experience offers an opportunity to acknowledge your growth, celebrate your wins, learn from your challenges, and cultivate gratitude for the journey that has unfolded.

Your ticket includes entry to Sacred Pause—an end-of-month sound bath and guided reflection experience. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water (props are welcome). Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else—just message us their name before the event.
